• Art Walk Vendor – $150.00
  5x5 space on our art walk fence, for artists, photographers, etc. Vendors can bring small tables that will fit within their space, vendors are required to provide the means to safely attach their products to the fence for display. Does not include artisan product vendors such as jewelry, knits, etc.
• Corporate Vendor – $600.00
  10x10 booth including 8ft table, for businesses with more than one retail location or large-scale businesses. For example, retail stores, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, franchises, professional services and realtors. Click here for sponsorship opportunities.
• Existing East Village Business – $250.00
  10x10 booth including 8ft table, for businesses that either have a retail location in the East Village or operate home based businesses from the East Village. Includes prepackaged food vendors, does not include food trucks or non-profit organizations.
• Food Truck – $550.00
  Self-contained mobile unit serving food & drink, max 25 to 30 ft of space required. No tent cooking allowed. Must have and provide proof of AHS approval.
• Home Based/Artisan Vendor – $250.00
  10x10 booth including 8ft table, for businesses that have no retail location and create handmade items for sale. Excludes multi-level marketing companies, and businesses that do not create handmade products.
• Non-Profit Organization – $200.00
  10x10 booth, including 8ft table, for organizations with non-profit or charity status.
• Prepackaged Food & Drink Vendor – $300.00
  10x10 space with 8ft table provided. Vendors must only serve prepacked, ready to consume items. No cooking, heating or preparing on site is allowed. No power is provided to vendors.
• Small Business Vendor – $300.00
  10x10 booth including 8ft table, for businesses that either have a retail location or whose products are imported or sourced for resale. Excludes multi-level marketing companies.
• Vendor Tent Rental – $75.00
  For Vendors that do not have their own tent that meets the requirement of City of Calgary, one can be rented through the East Village Neighbourhood Association. Please reach out to events@yycevna.org to communicate your tent needs and receive the required payment code.
